Palak-Egg Curry

Ok, I will head straight to how you do it —

Heat the pan, pour some oil. Add jeera to the heated oil. Now add garlic and ginger to it.


Add onion…


Now, add these three magic powders — turmeric, red chilly powder, corriander powder…


Once the masala is all cooked, and when you see droplets of oil seeping out of the onion, add a mixture of palak, tomato, and green chillies.


Cook it for a bit…


Add boiled potatoes and eggs…


Cook it for 10 minutes…


Serve with style…!
