Mushroom Mattar Masala : M3

Back after a small summer break.

This time, we are presenting Mushroom Mattar Masala.



What to Use:

Chopped mushrooms, frozen peas, diced tomatoes, chopped onions, green chillies, required masalas.

How to Cook:

Heat the oil, add mustard seeds and zeera to it. When the seeds spliter, add chopped onions, ginger and garlic.
Saute this mixture till the onion turns translucent. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and a little garam masala.
Cook for a while and add frozen mattar and onions. Cook for 15 mins and add mushrooms to the pan.
Cook for 15 more minutes.

Serve hot with rice or roti, and enjoy! 🙂
