Matar Paneer

To prepare, you should have:

1. 125 g paneer.

2. Matar or Peas.

3. And the usual stuff; salt, red chili powder, green chili, onion, tomato, garam masala, ginger, and oil.

4. Some Kasoori Methi. This is a must.

And now how to prepare:

1. Chop Onion, tomato, ginger, and green chili.

2. Cut paneer into cubes.

3. Heat tea spoon of cooking oil in a pan.

4. Add garam masala, red chili powder, haldi, and salt. Mix them well.

5. Add onion, tomato, ginger, and green chili to the masala and let it cook for a while.

6. After 2-3 mins add peas. Mix all well.

7. After 5 mins add Paneer. Mix all well.

8. Cover pan with the lid and cook for 5-10 mins. Keep mixing all this while.

9. Add some kasoori methi. This will add flavor to the dish.

10. Cover pan with the lid and cook for 5-10 mins. Keep mixing all this while.

After all this you will have a wonderful Matar Paneer to feast on. :))
