Indian Masala Tuna

Tuna is mostly eaten in salads and sandwiches, here. But you can “Indianize” it and make a good dry side dish for your roti-dal routine.
Let me show you how to make “tin fish” step-by-step :

1. Saute curry leaves, chopped onions, ginger, garlic (optional), green chillies.

2. Remove the tuna from the tin and click  a pic 🙂

3. Add lovely, red, juicy, diced tomatoes to the pan when the onions have lost their crispness.

4. Add the tuna into this mixture and cook for a while. Add a pinch of salt and continue cooking.

5. Cook till the mixture is nice and dry.

Enjoy masala tuna with rotis or rice or bread!
