Palak Paneer

Disclaimer: This is not your conventional palak paneer (Spinach and Cottage cheese). It is my way of preparing it so please mind it.

To prepare, you should have:

1. Bag of spinach leaves. Stop and Shop has the best spinach leaves.

2. 125 gm of paneer (cottage cheese)

3. And the usual stuff; salt, red chili powder, green chili, onion, tomato, garam masala, jeera, amchur, ginger, and oil.

And now how to prepare:

1. Chop spinach leaves (fine) and add soak them in water.

2. Chop Onion, tomato, ginger, and green chili.

3. Cut paneer into cubes

4. Heat tea spoon of cooking oil in a pan.

5. Add jeera, garam masala, red chili powder, haldi, and salt. Mix them well.

6. Add onion, tomato, ginger, and green chili to the masala and let it cook for a while.

7. After 5-7 mins add paneer and palak. Mix all well.

8. Cover pan with the lid and cook for 10 mins. Keep mixing all this while.

After 10 mins your palak paneer will be ready to serve and eat. Yummy!
